Welcome to The Clarry Project

Embark on a journey through time and discover the rich history of the Clarry family. Our roots trace back to the American colonies, specifically the colony of Pennsylvania. As the American Revolution unfolded, our ancestors, loyal to the British crown, sought refuge in Canada. There, the Clarry family has flourished through the decades. This site is a tribute to the descendants of Harry Stuart Clarry and his wife Daisy Lillian Bensley. It serves as a living testament to their legacy, encompassing the past, present, and future members of the Clarry clan. We invite all members of the Clarry family to participate and contribute to this ongoing project. This platform aims to serve as a hub for family news, reunions, and a reference for future generations to understand their heritage. To join us in celebrating our rich history and to contribute to The Clarry Project, please consider creating an account. You can request a user account by clicking here. Our Histories

Call for Volunteers and Contributors!

So, Brian, Deanna, Debbie, Rob, Dan, and I realize that this project is a true labor of love! We can use your help as much as your time allows. Read on for more!

Since the Clarry clan is a large family, we would like to divide site responsibilities into six sections, one for each of Harry Stuart and Daisy's children. We would like recruit a volunteer from each of branch to serve a a branch manager/custodian for content management for that branch of the Clarry Family. For example, I will function in this role for the descendants of H. Stuart Clarry. If you are interesting in serving as the superuser/branch admin for your part of the family, please send Stu an Email.

In addition, we are also looking for general contributors who can send us updates regarding births, passings, and life events--and related photos and stories. Please request an account for this site to begin sharing your stories!
